Oren Sherman

Since graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design, Oren Sherman has designed and published numerous award-winning prints, among them Tall Ships, Arnold Arboretum, Brooklyn Bridge Centennial, Kentucky Derby, and the well-known Boston Series. His commissions include eight United States postage stamps—the “Special Occasions” series—designs for Steuben Glass, posters for Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus, the Olympics, and Disney Corporation. Most recently, Sherman completed a credit card design for Visa, and he recently finished illustrating The Random House Book of Greek Mythology. He is a member of the faculty of the Rhode Island School of Design.
